Lectureship in Modern Japan Studies

The Faculty of Humanities at Leiden University is particularly interested in scholars with expertise in the politics and economy of contemporary Japan, but candidates from all social science disciplines are encouraged to apply. Initial appointment will be fixed-term from September 2012 through August 2015 (starting with a twelve-month probation period), with the possibility of extensions of up to three years, and of tenure thereafter.
