Harvard University Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Anthropology. The Department of Anthropology seeks to appoint a tenured or tenure-track professor in Thai studies. The successful candidate will specialize in the social anthropology of Thai society and will be asked to advance the scholarship and teaching of topics related to Thailand at Harvard. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2016. The professor will teach courses (normally four courses/year) and advise students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
