Call for papers

The international conference "Buddhism & Australia 2012"  will be held in Perth, from 2-4 February, 2012
 
The conference is organized by Ven. Väärtnõu, the Head of Estonian Nyingma, who has been organizing International Conferences “Buddhism & Nordland" since 2006 www.budcon.com).  
The international conference "Buddhism & Australia"  acknowledges Buddhism in Austral-Asian region, its' history and knowledge involving Buddhism and notable people in its' religious history.

Conference

Ever since its first edition in 2002, the Lodz East Asian Meeting gather scholars, researchers and students in all disciplines, specializing in East Asian studies. Being the first academic conference of its kind in Poland, gradually it became one of the most important venues for academic exchange in the field. After hosting eight conferences and publishing six volumes of studies, we hope to broaden its scope and turn it into a more open, international event. Therefore we invite scholars, professionals and graduate students interested in East Asia to submit paper and panel proposals.
